Inspired by a sofa designed by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich in 1930, the daybed can be found today in the Museum of Modern Art and throughout the world as a celebrated example of arts and crafts and modern design.

Soft, exquisite leather of the finest quality with visible natural markings.
Leather acquires a patina and changes color (lightens) over time.
Vegetable- and chrome-tanned for greater strength.
The daybed was purchased new in September 2024.
I couldn’t find any signs of wear on the leather.
